It clearly says in the title and description this is a Half Life 2:Episode 2 map, I don't know how this can be any clearer, SFM comes with Half-Life 2 conent out of the box but not EP2, if you are having problems with the map and DON'T own Half Life 2:Episode 2 then I suggest you buy it and add its content to a folder in your SFM directory, then re-download the map.
