They never updated 360 games to run like this on Series consoles. Because the Xbox Series consoles are backwards compatible with the Xbox One, and games think they're running on an Xbox One, all the work they did for 360 games came over for free. It's unlikely we'll see a full 360 emulator from Microsoft any time soon.

The main reason for this is that the game was delisted from the Xbox Live Marketplace. In fact, it's been de-listed from all digital game stores, which means the digital version of this game can not be purchased on Xbox 360, PS3 or PC. Microsoft only release backwards compatible games that are still on the Xbox Live Marketplace.
