You do not have Power Level per say. One enemies it goes from 1-20 (5 - 25 if Warchief, I think). What you can tackle depends enterily from what runes you have on your weapon and how skilled you are (both what skills you have unlocked and how skilful you actually are). There is no number saying "You are this good". #1.
